SHIPPING AND RETURNS

3.1 The processing times of the products are shown in the “Description” section of the product sheets.

3.2 Once the order has been processed, it is shipped via UPS courier.

Shipping times are as follows (except for delays attributable to the courier): 2 working days to ITALY, 2/5 working days to EU, 10/15 working days to other destinations. If the buyer intends to take advantage of faster shipments, please contact us at the e-mail address info@ilquadrodivino.com before making the purchase.

Shipping costs are as follows: € 8.50 to ITALY, € 15.00 to EUROPE, € 35.00 to other destinations.

Under no circumstances can Il Quadro Divino be held responsible for any damage caused by the delay in delivery.

For delivery, the presence of the customer or his representative is required at the delivery address indicated in the order.

3.3 At the time of delivery, the user is required to carefully examine the products received. Any defects in the goods delivered to the user must be reported immediately to the courier or customer service department. The goods must be collected by signing with specific control reserve. The user must then notify us of the defect by sending an e-mail to info@ilquadrodivino.com, taking care to attach the photographic documentation within 8 days of receiving the material. The Divine Framework will do its best to respond to reports received within eight business hours.

3.4 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration to the e-mail address info@ilquadrodivino.com

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3.5 If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, excluding the delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Please send back the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The costs of returning the products are charged to the user.

The goods must be returned intact. The refund will be made only after verification of the integrity of the asset.

3.6 These Conditions are subject to Italian law. For all orders from subjects not qualifying as “consumers”, all disputes relating to the interpretation and / or execution of this contract will be the exclusive competence of the Venice court.
