TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.1 All the methods of sale, delivery and payment listed in the various sections of the web site (Site) are to be considered an integral and substantial part of this contract. The conditions applicable to each individual order will be those displayed on the Site at the time of the order.

All products and prices indicated on the Site constitute an offer to the public with the limitations and methods contained on the Site itself and in these general conditions of sale.

The order sent by the Customer will be binding only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly without any error messages being highlighted by the Site.

In his e-mail box, the Customer will receive confirmation of the order made with a summary of the products and their prices.

1.2 To access the Services it is not necessary to register on the Site. During the check-out phase, users will be asked to specify whether they intend to make purchases as a company, sole trader / freelancer, private individual or association, also specifying the nationality of the user. Only purchases made by private users will be subject to the applicable consumer legislation.

Following the purchase, the receipt will be issued. The invoice will be issued only if it is expressly requested in the purchase notes, indicating all the data necessary for billing including VAT, Tax Code and SDI code (if Italian).

All product prices displayed on the Site are expressed in euros with Italian VAT included.

If the Products have to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order is net of any customs duties and any other sales tax, which the Consumer undertakes to pay from now on, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation, in accordance with the provisions of the law of the country in which the Products will be delivered. The Consumer is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of their country of residence or destination of the Products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in their country of residence or destination of the Products.

Product prices may be subject to periodic changes.

1.3 The user can proceed with the selection of products as described in the relevant sections, selecting them each time and adding the desired quantities to their shopping cart.

At the end of the selection of the desired items, a screen will be displayed for sending the order with an indication of the costs and total expenses.
